Due to the custom, limited-capacity nature of this intensive, we have a strict cancellation policy. Registrations are fully refundable until December 31, 2025. From January 1, 2026, to May 31, 2026, a 50% refund is available. No refunds can be issued after June 1, 2026, though registration may be transferable to another eligible athlete with prior approval.
