This isn't just a list of drills. Each of the 14 assignments is a structured progression, designed by RealSkill coaches to build true two-footed competence. You'll move from foundational repetition to game-realistic pressure, ensuring skills translate directly to match day.
Eliminate hesitation in the box. By systematically training your weaker foot, you develop the instinct to shoot with either foot without thinking. This program breaks the mental block, turning your 'weak' foot into a reliable weapon that surprises defenders and goalkeepers.
The assignments are scalable for any committed player from serious youth to adult. The principles are universal—whether you're a club player looking to add a new dimension to your game or a beginner determined to build the right foundation from the start.
Very little! Most assignments require just a ball, some cones or markers (water bottles work), and a wall or rebounder. A few later drills suggest a friend or teammate for passing, but solo training options are always provided.
With consistent practice (we recommend 2-3 sessions per week), most players report feeling a tangible difference in comfort and willingness to use their weaker foot within 3-4 weeks. Mastery comes with dedicated repetition over a season, following the structured progression laid out in the 14 assignments.
